Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy explains how Tessel Systems AB (“Tessel”, “we”) handles personal data on this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

Tessel Systems AB is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us using the contact form on this site.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. Your language is chosen from your browser settings and kept only in the web address.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), the topic of your request and your message.

Your request is sent to us by email and is never stored on the website. The website keeps only a record of your consent: your email address, the topic, the consent statement you accepted, its version and when you gave it.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to respond to and follow up on your request. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

We do not add you to newsletters and we never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your request in our mailbox as long as needed to handle it and any related dialogue, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. The consent record is kept for the same period, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, using the link in the confirmation email or by sending us a request through the contact form. When you withdraw, we erase your email address from the consent record and delete your request from our mailbox, keeping only an anonymous record that consent was given and withdrawn.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

Who can access your data

Only the Tessel staff who handle your request. We do not share your data with third parties unless we are required to by law.

Server logs

Like any website, our web server may briefly log technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the service secure and running. These logs are used only for security and operations and are deleted regularly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise your rights, contact us through the contact form.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
