Tessel Systems AB is a Swedish software company with one focus: helping property owners and facility managers get more out of their drawings and building data.
Our story
Tessel started in 1987 with software for working with scanned technical drawings, at a time when most building information still lived on paper. That experience still shapes how we build.
Our document management system HyperDoc grew into HDC: a web-based platform that combines a structured archive with interactive drawings, live data and mobile access. Today HDC FM is used to manage more than 100,000 buildings.
We develop our products in close dialogue with the people who use them every day: property managers, facility managers and the technicians on site.
Tessel has been a Swedish company since day one, headquartered in Stockholm. Our development team works from Warsaw, Poland, while hosting and all customer data stay in Sweden.
