QuestionHow to use CADRaster Diagnostic mode?
AnswerIf you need to report a problem with CADRaster try to repeat the erroneous situation running CADRaster in the "Diagnostic mode" (using CADRaster icon labeled "Diagnostic mode"). This will record detailed system information and your actions in the "cadrpro.log" (cadrltx.log for CADRaster LTX) file located in the CADRaster configuration subdirectory.
By default: "C:\Program Files\Tessel Software Line\CADRaster PRO\CadrPRO.cfg" and for CADRaster LTX: "C:\Program Files\Tessel Software Line\CADRaster LTX\CadrLTX.cfg" Send us that file along with answers to the questions from CADRaster User's Feedback form, which is printed on the last page of this manual or can be taken from Report.txt file located on the CADRaster installation disk.
Alternatively you can send your request using CADRaster problem report form.
